How long does personalisation and shipping take?
Please allow 6 to 10 business days for personalisation before your order ships.

Can I return a personalised item?
Because each item is made to order with your child's name, personalised items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or with an error on our part. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

What if I spell the name wrong at checkout?
Email us within 2 hours of ordering at ammewellness@gmail.com and we'll fix it before it goes into production.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Right now we ship within the UK only, with more countries coming soon.
